Returns & Delivery Policy
ONLINE PURCHASES
DELIVERY
Once order has been paid for, it leaves our offices the next day by 12pm daily. Delivery is usually between 2-3 Working Days within South African borders.
*Orders placed on a Friday will only be dispatched on Monday morning for delivery.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Our standard delivery option is overnight which, as stated above can take between 2 and 3 days out of Gauteng.
PRICING AND STRUCTURE
Once proof of payment has been received from the bank (Please note we need the proof of payment email to come directly from the bank in order to clear the goods) your goods will be dispatched for delivery, should we not receive the proof of payment we will need to wait for payment to clear into our account.
Pre-Order items should not be paid until payment is requested, should you pay before the time your payment will be held until the stock arrives and then dispatched unless otherwise arranged Please note if proof of payments are received later than 12:00 daily the goods will only be dispatched the next day. Collections are not available unless previously arranged in writing with the Head office and distribution. Please note that due to a number of fraudulent proof of payments no orders will be dispatched until the money has cleared into our account.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition. The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it’s a mistake on our side. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail.
Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package.
Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence and/or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
With all purchases we provide 7 day policy, where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.
Our website is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the products, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of make-up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that items must be unopened and unused.
INSTORE PURCHASES
If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of purchasing the goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the store after confirmation from Head Office.

Any GHD styling iron or hair drier falls under the GHD warranty policy. To ensure that you are covered by the GHD warranty, please register your styler at www.ghdhair.com/za in the product registration menu. Splush is an agent for GHD and as such only assists with the purchase of their products and does not handle warranty claims or faulty goods. In the event that any styling iron or hair drier is faulty, the client needs to contact GHD customer service department 0860 109 366/ customerservice@ghdhair.co.za with this till slip.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FRAGRANCES:
Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances CANNOT be returned under any circumstances due to local and international aviation restrictions.
